Kevin Sullivan
Kevin is an Emmy, Peabody, duPont-winning journalist and podcaster. As the executive producer of the investigative show, Reveal, Kevin relied on the power of collaboration to help grow the show’s audience to millions of listeners.
As the founder of Quid Pod Quo, Kevin is on a mission to help other podcasters get their message out by building the first industrywide exchange for promos and editorial content.
Kevin lives in the Boston area with his wife and two sons. When not listening to or promoting podcasts, he’s on the tennis court, playing brilliantly or like a hack. He’s currently suffering from long, pandemic hair, so his photo’s a little dated.
Kevin has both a BS in Journalism and an MBA from Boston University, where he’s currently on the Boston Alumni Network board.

MJ Capodanno
MJ is Quid Pod Quo’s business development and legal advisor. She brings decades of experience working with start-ups in the tech space, and is an expert in human resources and privacy law. MJ has a knack for finding solutions to problems that stump others. She’s used those talents to help ambitious, new businesses get off the ground and grow. Check out her full career.
MJ has a BA in Political Science from Rutgers and a Law Degree from Suffolk University. She is an expert baker (her cupcakes are legendary!) and a dog lover, often seen walking her pup Tess around the neighborhood.
Jon Peck
Jon is Quid Pod Quo’s marketing director. With over two decades of experience in promoting the work of journalists, podcasters, and content creators, Jon is an idea machine when it comes to building audiences.
Having led audience development for public radio shows like 1A, Here & Now and On Point, Jon brings a wealth of expertise to his role. His recent achievements include spearheading marketing efforts for numerous shows at PRX.
Jon lives in the Boston area with his wife and two kids. He’s constantly trying to get Kevin to ride bikes, but they normally just end up meeting for a whiskey.

Jennifer LaFleur
Jen is Quid Pod Quo’s data advisor. She’s a data journalism pioneer and is currently a senior editor at the nonprofit investigative news organization, Center for Public Integrity. Jen has also worked at the Investigative Workshop at American University, Reveal, ProPublica and the Dallas Morning News, among other places. She is an incredible mentor, and currently sits on the boards of the Fund for Investigative Journalism and the National Center for Disability and Journalism. Here’s her career.
Jen looks super serious in her photo, but she has a wicked sense of humor. She lives in DC with her husband, and likes to check out the area’s abundant hiking trails when not following the exploits of her kitties, Ollie and Petey.
